DT

Design and Technology is a practical problem solving subject where children are encouraged to plan, design and then execute their ideas.

At Lucas Vale, children are provided with the opportunity to work with a range of materials individually and collaboratively; we use the QCA units of work which provide good levels of continuity and progression.

As the children work through the units they further develop their understanding and awareness of the skills necessary for design and technology and its real life applications.
